A. Program Overview

About the NeoSPRINT Program

At the heart of every successful organization is its people. The NeoSPRINT program recognizes individuals who go above and beyond every day to build a world-class organization.

Our focus is to create a culture where efforts and contributions are seen and valued, ensuring every individual feels respected and appreciated.

The program enables Neolifers to acknowledge everyday wins, spotlight exceptional leadership, celebrate personal milestones, and honor values-driven behavior. The Rewards & Recognition policy aims to inspire, motivate, and ensure meaningful recognition across the organization.

B. Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

All NeoLiv employees are eligible to participate in NeoSPRINT.

2. Reward Allocation

Rewards are allocated at the sole discretion of the company or authorized administrators of this program. The program does not guarantee reward/recognition issuance and is not responsible for internal allocation decisions by the NeoLiv authorised administrators.

3. Reward Validity & Expiry
  • Rewards may have an expiry date as defined by the organization or campaign rules.
  • Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
4. Taxation

All rewards, points, vouchers, or benefits issued under the NeoSPRINT Program may be subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing laws. Any tax liability arising out of the receipt or redemption of rewards shall be the sole responsibility of the employee.

5. Non-Transferability

Rewards, points, or recognitions issued under the NeoSPRINT Program are non-transferable, non-assignable, and intended solely for the eligible employee. Any attempt to transfer or misuse rewards may result in forfeiture.

6. Redemption
  • Rewards can be redeemed only through the platform and as per the available catalogue.
  • Redemptions are subject to availability, vendor terms, and applicable limits.
  • Once redeemed, rewards cannot be reversed, exchanged, or transferred unless explicitly stated.
7. No Cash Alternative

Rewards and recognition issued under this program shall not be exchangeable for cash or any other form of monetary compensation, unless explicitly stated by the organization.

8. No Entitlement

Participation in the NeoSPRINT Program does not confer any contractual right, entitlement, or guarantee of continued employment, promotion, or compensation. Rewards and recognition are discretionary and do not form part of fixed or variable pay.

9. Fraud & Misuse

The platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke rewards in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations. Transactions may be audited to ensure compliance.

This site should be used as an official platform for Awards, Celebration & Expressions within the NeoLiv Code of Conduct. Any inappropriate use/content which may be constituted as derogatory/ defamatory / hurtful / harmful to any individual or group should be strongly avoided. NeoLiv reserves the right to act against any breach of the NeoLiv Code of Conduct policy

11. Account Security

All who are eligible under NeoSPRINT are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The platform is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

12. Program Modifications

The organization or platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, campaigns, or the reward catalogue at any time with or without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts solely as a technology service provider facilitating the Employer’s Rewards and Recognition program. The Platform shall not be responsible for the Employer’s policies, eligibility criteria, reward allocation decisions, or any changes thereto.

The Platform shall also not be liable for any failure, delay, deficiency, or quality issues arising from products or services offered by third-party vendors, who operate independently.

14. Communication and Program Interpretation

In case of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision of NeoLiv shall be final and binding.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the employer’s jurisdiction.
